  • Does the scaffolding position affect the elevator dimensions to be made according to the technical documents? This is checked.
  • Is the working distance sufficient? This is checked.

Step by Step Elevator Installation

Car and counterweight frame to be mounted on the balance between the rails. According to the dimensions given in the technical documents, the location of the control panel is determined and the assembly process is performed. Electrical connections, control system connections, photocells, lighting, fan connections should also be made in accordance with the electrical installation project specified in the technical documents.

Cabin and counterweight buffers, counterweight separator, balance chain, pit ladder, and shaft bottom apparatus of the balance chain should be mounted in accordance with technical documents and standards.
